General Information
We at Argument, as a team of designers passionate about visualization of any technical and complex objects, were very happy to create a project for the Chinese brand of premium cars WEY on the occasion of the opening of the official dealership in Moscow.
For the projection screen with ultra wide proportions of 49x8, we created a video preceding the epic drive of WEY cars on stage.
Ideation
The light and sophisticated brand identity helped us find the right look for the visualization -- caustic rays, as if the object were a gemstone through which directional light shines.
Moving into motion, the caustic rays were pulled into strings, creating an understandable image of the bright lights of the surroundings blurred in motion. So, if a car was traveling through a city at night.

The caustic technique was liked by the client and was also used as a base for the key visual and the main background for the speaker's performance at the event
